Simon Seaton, former CEO, Onshore Energy & Head of Middle East at Sodexo, has transitioned to become CEO of Energy and Resources for Sodexo worldwide.

Rachid joined Sodexo in Lebanon in 2001 and has since held various roles across the Middle East, including his last role of Senior Vice President, Operations.

Along with overseeing the Middle East Operations, Rachid successfully led the Health Safety & Environment (HSE) and Supply Chain functions in the region. He is committed to maintaining the region’s excellent track record in HSE in line with the Group Objectives of Goal Zero and No Harm Outcomes. During his tenure, Rachid has successfully negotiated, signed and mobilized major governmental and non-governmental contracts in Food and FM Services.
