I have been fortunate enough to have spent the last decade of my career at Sodexo, where I have been involved in roles that have a positive impact not just on the business but also on the planet, our communities, and humanity at large. Being a part of a company that values sustainability and making a difference in the world has made me proud to be a Sodexo employee.

In my current role, I lead Sodexo's global food waste program, which has allowed me to act with purpose and make a difference through meaningful actions with our clients, consumers, employees, and partners who all share a common goal of making a positive impact on the environment.

To me, every little action counts towards a greater purpose. For example, when we prevent one kilogram of food waste today that we would have wasted yesterday, it's a win for climate action. Similarly, selling one extra plant-based meal today than we did yesterday is a win for both the environment and my personal goals.

What I do at Sodexo is more than just a job. It's a path towards achieving a greater goal for society, and I am grateful to be able to design and act on this path through my work at Sodexo. The culture at Sodexo has allowed me to advance my career and pursue my passion for sustainability while making a positive impact on the world. I am proud to be a part of something greater.
